Next up: Ofrenda

I will be participating in Art Outlet’s Day of the Dead show, Ofrenda.  My friend Jack, his wife Paivi, and I have collaborated on a project that we will be projecting, i.e., it’s not my usual style.  It’s still coming together and I don’t want to give too much away, but it involved a photo shoot in Rock Creek Park this weekend, and there were several people who actually thought the person on the table was dead.  As if we’d actually roll out a corpse in a park in the middle of the afternoon.  😉  As soon as we said, “It’s an art project” people would laugh it off and seem instantly relieved.  Intrigued?  Come out and see the show on the 13th.  I’ll put up my individual photos afterwards, along with the movie.
